Hi friends! So, something you’ll learn about me is that I am obsessed with nut butters! (peanut butter, cashew butter, almond butter- YUM) I try to add them to anything I eat. This shake was literally like heaven in a cup. What more can you ask for? I mean, vanilla, cashew butter, and cinnamon all in a protein shake?! It’s like a party in your mouth all while your body is getting nutrients and goodness, too.
I hope you try this one- after the gym, for lunch, or even.. for dessert! And, I hope you LOVE it!
NUTTY VANILLA CINNAMON PROTEIN SHAKE:
2 tbsp. cashew butter (or your favorite nut butter)
2 scoops organic vanilla protein
Non-Dairy Milk or water (to desired consistency – I usually like mine thick)
1 tsp. honey (& drizzled on top)
1 tsp. cinnamon (& a dash on top)
